How to maintain your Ideal Weight

For those of you who want to maintain the balance of the body and also lose weight, here are some tips to follow:
  • To reduce body fat 10 pounds in a year, you must reduce the Feed 100 calories per day.

Good and simple advice. Just an addition, oat and brown rice are good substitutes for bread.
But oat and brown rice are too plain to eat on a daily basis. Guess there are some ways to combine with other better tasting and healthier food.
