Good for the heart - Watermelon is low in saturated fat, total fat, and cholesterol that all known to be bad for the heart.

Vitamin B6 ready - Experts say that Vitamin B6 are known to fight heart attack and even cancer.

Vitamin A ready - That helps us to have strong bones and good cell division and helps white blood cell in fighting infections.

Helps immune system - Watermelon contains vitamin C that helps our immune system fights common diseases.

Weight loss fruit - Watermelon can help us on our diet, low in fat, make us feel full, and its refreshing.

Delay aging - Eating watermelons can help us delay aging and make us look young, because of beta-carotene a powerful antioxidants that kills free molecules who destroys our cell that cause aging in our body.
