Understanding Laryngitis

If you have a cool mist vaporizer, use it during the night while you sleep. If not, place some pots of water around your room, close to the heat vents, to help moisten the air in your room. You really should rest your voice a couple more days, and that means little talking.Resting the voice (not singing or shouting) might help to shorten symptoms There is no evidence that use of vitamins, aspirin gargles or sprays help in any way. The bottom line is - time is the healer!If Laryngitis is cause of tumor in the vocal chords in can be prevent by surgery.
