Clean Skin Routine

You'll be amazed at how easy it is to achieve great looking skin. Just get into the right skin care habits and glow your way to a health skin.
The Seven Skin Habits
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Water flushes out the toxins from your system and will keep your skin hydrated and healthy.
- Exercise for at least thirty minutes everyday. It brings blood and nutrients to the skin and tones those muscles.
- Get plenty of sleep, you'll look and feel great! Try an aroma therapy pillow for more soothing dreams.
- Wear sunscreen. The sun is especially harsh nowadays so guard your skin.
- Load up on fresh fruits and vegetables. The organic way to yummy, glowing skin.
- Don't smoke. Smoking destroys the vitamin C that keeps your skin looking young and healthy. It will definitely age your skin.
- Relax and unwind. Say goodbye to the stress in your life. Light a scented candle, dim the lights, and put on your favorite mellow CD or MP3, then drift off into the world of serenity.
Clean Skin Routine
- In the morning, cleanse and freshen your skin with a mild cleanser.
- At night, cleanse then exfoliate. Remember not to be too harsh when you exfoliate.
Wash before you exercise. Your sweat acts as your skin extra cleanser. If your skin is clogged with make up, powder, or foundation, your sweat don't be able to cleanse efficiently. When you sweat don't wipe your face with your hands or your arm, use a clean towel.
Steam Clean: Prepare for a big bowl of hot (not boiling) water. For combination skin mint and lemon peel are a successful combination. Cover your head with a towel and make a tent of it as you lean over the bowl. trapping the steam. enjoy the feeling for 5 minutes then pat dry then exfoliate. Our skin constantly change. It undergoes a cycle of 28-40 days, then our skin is renewed again. Exfoliants are good for removing the daed skin on your face.
To remove excess oil without clogging your pores with powder, try usinga control film. It doesn't remove moisture, and you can actually get a kick out of seeing how much oil you had on your face.
Enjoy Happy Weekend!

Planning to do some serious work-outs at the gym? Here are seven simple tips to help you in your pursuit to a healthy and more toned body.
* Know and understand your goal. What do you want to achieve? Why do you want to enroll in a gym?
* Consider the two A's. Affordability and accessibility. Does the gym offer easy payments plans? Can you afford the monthly fees? How far is it from your place or your school/work.
* Ask. Call the gym you are interested in and ask for more information, special promos, and other prices.
* Set an appointment. With a professional trainer from the gym. Most gyms offer a free trial session before actually asking you to pay. This would enable you to get a feel of their services.
* Respect and trust your trainer. You and your trainer do not have to be the best of friends but you should at least have a common understanding of the goals you want to attain.
* Have fun with the machines. And follow the STEPS! People often encounter problems when they are not oriented with exercise machines such as treadmill, shoulder/leg press, bicycle, etc.
* Lastly stay positive. Realize the benefits of hitting the gym. In general, going to the gym will make you look and feel good. It's also great place for you to work out your aggretions and to clear your head of the stress that you experience. Focus on the benefits and don't be too hard on yourself.

Healthy Diet helps prevent Cancer

You may know how painful it is to die from Acute Myeloid Leukemia. That is true, but there is good news.
Scientists have known for quite a few years that diet can help you avoid disease. In fact, it has been shown that about 34% of all cancer is related to what you eat and drink. And it has also been shown that diet can reduce your chances of getting cancer.
Nutrients in some food can decrease your chance of cancer. You can also improve your chances of not getting cancer by avoiding some foods.
The Power of Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits (like Hackberry and Loquat and Dragonfruit (Hylocereus spp.; Cactaceae) and Okra) and vegetables are proven to help prevent many types of cancer including cancer of the mouth and colon. Currently, it is unknown if there are any specific nutrients in these foods that provide protection. There have been experiments on some of the nutrients found in fruits and vegetables like beta-carotene. However, isolating these substances from the original source have not been found to prevent cancer. In fact, some by themselves are found to be harmful. So remember - the whole fruit is many times better than some supplement taken from that food.
Current recommendations are to eat at least one serving of a fruit or vegetable with each meal. They can be fresh, canned or dried. But, they should not be fried like chips.
Whole Grains Keep You Moving
Whole grains like kamut brown rice, cracked wheat and corn on the cob are excellent sources of vitamins, minerals and fiber. These are well known to help prevent colorectal cancer. Despite being vital, just using a fiber supplement is not as effective because you need the other nutrients in the whole grain.
Scientists think that the increased fiber helps to keep the stool in the bowel moving smoothly. This prevents constipation in the colon. That being said, there is no evidence that laxatives or any colon cleansing regimen is of any help. In fact they have often been shown to be harmful.
Foods to Avoid
Red meat is a proven contributor to cancer especially colorectal cancer and cancer of the prostate. The best advice is that you make sure to limit the amount you eat to less than three ounces a day. Cutting it out altogether is even better.
Any high fat food will have a similar effect. All of those french fries and corn chips that you have been eating? We know now that they may contribute to your chance of getting cancer.
You may not want to hear this, but alcohol is another culprit. The latest research shows that any alcohol can bump up your chance of getting cancer. But, it is especially a big risk when you have more than two drinks a day for men and one for women. Sorry ladies. Alcohol along with cigarettes contribute to cancer of the mouth, esophagus and larynx (your voice box).
The Four Rules of Diet
1. Most of your food should be directly from plants.
2. Limit your intake of high-fat foods, especially from animal sources.
3. Be physically active: Achieve and maintain a healthy weight, Ok. I cheated a bit on this one - but, you should limit your intake to the amount needed to keep your weight down.
4. No more than one or two drinks a day, if you drink at all.
Use these tips and you will avoid cancer related to your diet.

Common Cold Home Remedies
The common cold is a common but bothersome problem that is caused by an invasion of a number of viruses that have spawned in the nose and throat - such as corona virus, metapneumo virus, human para influenza viruses and over 100 serotypes of rhino virus, a type of picorna virus. It has been estimated that the basic cold can be caused by over two hundred viruses! The viruses that result in the cold pass into the body through the area of the mouth and the nose - often from your own hand. They then travel to the tract of the respiratory system. Here, these viruses grow and multiply. Once they have sufficient numbers, these viruses cause the individual to experience many signs and symptoms making it clear that you have the common cold.
It has been discovered that individuals who have weak or suppressed immune systems, experience high levels of stress, or those who fail to get the proper amount of rest can develop colds more easily than others. In addition to these risk factors, those that experience mild to severe allergies may develop this type of sickness easily. Here, you will be introduced to the symptoms of the cold, as well as various home remedies for the common cold.
Symptoms of Your Cold
There are many symptoms associated with the common cold. One of the first things that become evident is soreness in the throat. The throat will probably feel dry and scratchy. It is also relatively common for a fever early on. The fever is usually somewhat less than one hundred degrees. The eyes may become watery and irritated. Furthermore, you may get a persistent sneeze, cough and a runny nose. When you get a severe cold, the body will probably have scattered aches and pains. There may be an altered taste, or even no appetite.
Remedies for Your Cold
There are lots of different home remedies for the common cold. It is important to know that if you are looking for a good remedy, there is no one set guaranteed best remedy for the common cold. Any and all home remedies that you engage in will either alleviate the symptoms that you are experiencing with your cold, or simply provide you with a higher comfort level while the cold runs its course. The following are some of the best home remedies for the common cold:
1. Get plenty of rest. Rest is essential when you fall ill because it allows your body to devote its time and energy to fighting off the infection. You should not overly exert yourself before you are better, or you may find yourself getting worse!
2. If you are searching for an herbal remedy for the results of the cold, you may find garlic to help. Garlic has been found to be a natural antiseptic. This helps to clear the body of viruses and any bacteria that have colonized the body.
3. Individuals who are cursed with congestion have found that vaporizers are indispensable for helping the congestion. Once you have inhaled the steam for a while, you should then drink some peppermint in a glass of warm milk. This will soothe the throat and open the sinuses.
Conclusion
As written here, there are some very useful home remedies for the common cold. You must first decide on the symptoms you want to soothe, and then pick out the home remedies that will help you in that symptom. Furthermore, you should guarantee that you get sufficient rest and keep up on your consumption of fluids. Then you will get relief with a rapid recovery.

Best Way to Detox our Liver

Actually there is no exact way to detox our liver, because its always different from person to another person, it depends on how you want to do it, and your way of life. But here some useful tips on how to detox our liver, its going to involve looking at diet, particular nutrition supplementation, herbal remedies, and of course lifestyle the way we live our life. In terms of using all those four strategies, we get a synergy or just like approach to detoxifying the liver and the entire body for that matter as oppose in just picking out one magic remedy, we get the synergy of all four of those items. So the thing to think about in terms of detoxing our liver, is bile flow, so the liver makes bile and the gall bladder stores it. Now bile is the way that toxins can leave the body, that's how they leave the system through the bile to our bile movements, certain toxins will grabbed on to that bile and the bile will grabbed on those toxins through the bile movements. So that's the thing to think about on detoxing our liver, so if we want to cleanse the liver, we must keep the bile moving.
One of the easiest way to do that is to corporate bitter taste into our diet. There are many herbs that are bitter in nature like gentian, artichoke leaf. For diet we can add bitter greens into our daily intake of vegetables so bitter greens are like dandelion, winter cress, garlic mustard and leafy greens that can facilitate the movements of bile. Another thing is stay hydrated a key part on cleansing the liver. And last as much as possible avoid toxins so things like sugar, artificial ingredients, MSG, saturated fats, and alcohol must be consumed in moderation.

Babies get Stressed too
It seems the babies in ads for baby products are always happy and smiling. In reality babies don't smile all the time and are not always joyful. Irritability is the characteristic of almost every little kid. They experience anxiety and foremost babies cry, causing a lot of ruckus.A baby doesn't make a concerted effort to cry. It is the instinctive response to the infant's sensation of being hungry, in pain or afraid. When a baby senses any of these things it inhales suddenly and then exhales with enough force to vibrate the vocal cords producing a sound commonly known as a "cry".
A crying baby certainly demands our attention. Most everyone will turn to look at a baby crying. The babies cry works when the mom or baby-sitter comes to comfort it and give it much needed attention.
For as long as there have been babies there have been parents soothing and caring for them. The four most successful and popular techniques for dealing with a fussy baby are listed below:
A fussy baby can be calmed by rocking back and forth (rhythmic motion). Singing and talking softly and calmly to a crying baby can help settle them down. You can also try to distract a fussy baby using visual cues. This means that you draw the babies attention to something colorful or interesting. This article answers how to handle, cradle and carry an unhappy baby. A baby's cry is natural, just as comforting the baby also comes naturally.
In addition, the suckling activity soothes a fussy infant. Babies do not necessarily require nourishment when they suckle. Think about a pacifier. If a newborn baby is upset or cranky, try swaddling it. The mother's womb is a custom fit, and the infant delighted in it. A simple thing like tightly bundling up a baby will make him feel comfortable and he will stop fussing at least for awhile. If you are unsuccessful with one method, like rocking the baby, move on to another method. Use different methods when attempting to comfort your fussy infant.
