Understanding Vegetarian

Most of us right now are getting interested in becoming a vegetarian, when you say vegetarian, these are the people who only eats small amount of meat or no-meat at all, but only vegetables.
Being a vegetarian is good for our health it can prevent us from saturated fats and cholesterol exposure that can lead to heart disease and cancer. Leading health experts agree that going vegetarian is the single-best thing we can do for ourselves and our families. Healthy vegetarian diets support a lifetime of good health and provide protection against numerous diseases, including world's three biggest killers: heart disease, cancer, and strokes. vegetarians have “lower rates of death from ischemic heart disease, lower blood cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and lower rates of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and prostate and colon cancer” and that vegetarians are less likely than meat-eaters to be obese and also for those who are gaining weight it becoming a vegetarian can help loose weight. This is a good thing to prevent us from pesticide and other contaminants intake especially for those women who breastfeed. Compared to meat, vegetables are way cheaper. We can also avoid too much animal killings if most of us are going to be vegetarian.

There are three kinds of Vegetarian:

1. Ovo Vegetarian - People who only eats eggs and vegetables.

2. Lacto Vegetarian - People who only eats dairy products and vegetables but not eggs.

3. Vegan Vegetarian - People who only eats vegetables without eggs or any dairy products.
