Speed up Metabolism right now

I think its the way we live that affects our metabolism if we eat too much, if we dont exercise, and other things can really affect our metabolism. Here are some tips and foods that maybe can help to speed up our metabolism.

Mini-Breakfast - The act of eating speed up metabolism, So if we kick start our day with a 200 calorie mini-meal, we will actually have an elevated metabolic rate throughout the day. Eating a good breakfast first thing in the morning gets your metabolism up so you burn more calories throughout the day (digestion actually burns a lot of calories). Here are samples of breakfast food you can get started an apple, banana, toast with peanut butter, and eggs. we can call it metabolism foods for breakfast. Eating smaller, more frequent meals also speeds up your metabolism by keeping your digestive system active (and using energy to function) throughout the day.

Need to build lean muscle - If we have higher ratio of lean muscle to body fat, our metabolism will naturally elevate. We don't have to be a body builder to reap the rewards, even lightweight bearing activity promotes muscle growth. Exercising is one common way to increase your metabolism, at least 30 mins per day and 4 - 5 times a week

Eat after exercise - Yes we could eat after exercise, physical activity gives our metabolism increase, eat within 30 minutes after a sweat workout will keep our metabolism speed up for the next few hours.

I think i have a fast metabolism because even though i eat a lot but i still don't get fat. I will share this post to my friends that are having problem because they easily get fat. Thanks for this!!

Love all the fruits and vegetable you mention here..
But you know what,like Bryan I'm a person with fast metabolism and funny that I'm also looking for ways to lower it. I know almost all of the people who were health conscious always up to speeding up metabolism. Anyway fast or slow as long as healthy, it doesn't matter isn't it? Ciao!

I have also friends that has a fast metabolism and he want it to slow down but i tell him that your a lucky many people will do anything to take your place because nowadays there are lots of tempting food an if you have a fast metabolism hey men you can eat want you want. thanks for your comments guys.

Eating is a high priority when you first wake up. You need a little protein in that first meal though. It starts the metabolism out right for the rest of the day. Drinking cold water through out the day also keeps your metabolism going all day long. Cold water causes calories to be burned just by adjusting the temperature of the water to the body's temperature.
