Binges on the weekend. I got tired of the habit and stopped. I don't feel like I need a drink because I have found other activities that make me feel better. I was getting tired of feeling like crap all the time. Not sure where on the spectrum on alcoholism I fall, but the fact that I could quit when "I" wanted to tells me that I am still in control. I made a new years resolution. No drinking period for this entire year.
